SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Processing Time: Orders require 10-15 working days before being handed over to the courier. You will be notified once the order has been shipped out for delivery.

Contact Information: A contact number, email address, and full delivery address are required. Missing information may cause delivery delays.

Shipping Rates: These are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location.

Pre-Order Items: Items listed as ‘PRE-ORDER’ begin processing on the date indicated in the product description. Processing times vary between items.

Separate Shipments: Orders containing pre-order items will be fulfilled in two separate shipments. Items available for immediate shipment will be sent first. To avoid potential delays or complications, we recommend placing two separate orders: one for in-stock items and one for pre-order items.

Dispatch Notification: If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please notify us by emailing delivery@ajoavistyle.com with your order number.

Item Not Delivered?: If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us, as packages may be delayed by the courier service. Once items are dispatched, it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure delivery. Refunds will not be issued for lost packages.

Customs and Duties Charges: Almost all shipments crossing international borders (outside the US) are subject to duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. Please read our Customs and Duties Policy for further details.

Out of Stock Items: We will contact you if any item is out of stock.

Delivery within Abuja: Our courier aims to deliver within 1 – 3 after picking up from our warehouse.

Delivery within UK: We ship with DPD, Amazon or Royal Mail, aiming for delivery within 1-3 working days.

International Delivery: We ship with DHL Express, GIG or FedEx, aiming for delivery within 3-5 working days.

Please note; that shipping times are estimates from the time the shipment is handed over to the courier. Delays due to customs, courier issues, or other factors beyond our control are not the responsibility of Adjoavi Style.

During Black Friday and the holiday season, production timelines may experience slight delays due to high order volumes. If you need your order shipped earlier, you can use our rush service by choosing express shipping at checkout.

If a delivery is refused or customs clearance is not completed, the shipping company may abandon or destroy the item. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the order without any refund.

When you have chosen the products, you want to buy from us, the delivery address will default automatically to the billing address you have entered for your payment card. If you want us to deliver your order to a different address, you can choose this option as you go through the checkout process.

To ensure your order arrives when you expect, we may make changes to delivery options during Sales, or busy periods. The options that are available will be made clear during checkout.

Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for worldwide deliveries, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations. We reserve the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to destinations. Please note that many countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. The products you order for delivery to worldwide destinations may be subject to duties or taxes upon importation. These duties or taxes are levied once the product reaches the country of destination. You are responsible for determining whether there is any restriction on delivery of our products to your selected destination. You are also responsible for any duties, taxes or additional costs levied on your product at the time of importation, and for paying those costs. We recommend you contact your local customs authority or post office (where applicable) to learn more about customs restrictions and possible costs prior to placing an order.

Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU): Some items are shipped on a DDU basis, meaning any duties and taxes incurred in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

Failed Delivery Attempts: If you refuse delivery or are unavailable despite reasonable attempts by the courier, your item will be returned to Adjoavi Style, and you will be charged for unpaid duties, taxes, and additional shipping costs.

Standard Delivery: On standard delivery basis, delivery dates will be shown at checkout, and email will be sent confirming delivery dates.
